My wife and I both qualify for VA benefits for purchasing homes. We recently moved from Plano, TX to Pueblo, CO and are ready to purchase another house. Our first house in Plano had a VA backed mortgage under P.'s name. We sold that house in 1992 and purchased another VA backed mortgage under my (J.'s) name. We sold that house and closed on July 11th. What do we need to do to ensure that we both have full entitlements again?
